  • You are in charge of the Online Store Management: This means take care of the work of the Online Store. Your job is to make sure the Online Store is working properly it is easy for people to use.   • You need to manage the products on our site: This means you have to upload the products, write the descriptions, add the images, set the prices, and keep track of the stock. Make sure all of this information is correct and the same everywhere. The product listings and content have to be accurate and consistent. You have to manage the product uploads, the product descriptions, the product images, the product pricing and the product stock availability.
  • Sales and performance monitoring are very important: We need to track how many things we sell online and how many people visit our website. We also need to know what our customers do when they are on our website, we can use tools to get all this information. Then we can use this information to make our website better and sell things. We can do things to improve our sales and performance. Sales and performance monitoring helps us to do this by using analytics tools to track sales and customer behavior.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a positive customer journey by working with customer service team to resolve online enquiries, complaints, and order issues promptly.
  • Digital Marketing Support: Coordinate online promotions, discounts, and campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team to drive traffic and sales.
  • Order & Inventory Coordination: Monitor online orders, manage stock levels, and liaise with warehouse or logistics teams to ensure timely fulfilment and delivery 


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Grade 12/ Matric certificate is required to ensure basic literacy, numeracy and communication skills

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service will be an advantage, buy not essential, as training will be provided for the right candidate

  • Comfortable using point-of-sale systems, cash registers and basic computer applications after training 

  • Ability to communicate clearly, listen to customer needs, and being friendly and professional at all time 

  • Honest, reliable and consistency with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities 

  • Willingness to work long hours, including weekends, public holidays and shifts as required by the store
